Cyrus wasn't aware of it, but he was letting out wanton little moans as the fingers moved in and out of his mouth. And if one were to look closely, there was a hint of a smile on his lips as the digits gestured back and forth, and his tongue danced between them. Soft, but heavy little breaths forced their ways past the fingers and past his lips, indicating just how eager he was.
