He was trying to make it oh-so-obvious that he was interested in getting out of this situation, but...
He couldn't really argue it now, could he? Rhys wasn't his ideal candidate. In fact, men in general weren't his ideal candidates. But Cyrus was an open individual. Rhys seemed interested in sleeping with him, and he didn't want to have to shamelessly walk away from this, with the need to find himself an unoccupied bathroom to satisfy himself in.
And then he relaxed. Finally. He didn't say anything in response. But he just relaxed and allowed his hips to press upwards into Rhys's hand, somewhat eagerly. Consider this consent, his head nodding slowly, and a weary, little smile flickering on to his lips.
